All orders processed online constitute an agreement to the below policies and terms & conditions:

RETURNS POLICY

Information about each design is supplied online with a strict NO REFUND policy unless the garment is deemed faulty.

Lourde accepts change of style and size exchanges on full priced stock and made-to-order items only.  In the case of a size or style exchange or faulty replacement, the Lourde team will replace the garment in a timely matter. Please note, if a size or style exchange is requested on an out-of-stock item, a credit note will be issued. Lourde only accepts one size or style exchange per item.

In the case of a return, replacement or exchange requested by the customer, the request must be received by Lourde  within 7 days of customer receipt of said item. Once the garment has been returned to Lourde it will undergo a review for exchange or replacement. If approved, the Lourde customer service team will advise the customer of exchange, replacement or refund details.

All shipping costs on returns are at the cost of the customer and not payable by Lourde. Lourde requires all return parcels to be sent via a secure, pre-paid and traceable postage method. Lourde will not be responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Any refunds or outstanding amount owing to the customer will be issued in the form of a credit note.

Natural leather garments manufactured by Lourde will differ in colour and texture from garment to garment. This is not deemed a fault in the product and garments may not be returned for this reason.

The below conditions must be adhered to:

  • The garment must be returned in its original condition with all tags intact and attached to the garment
  • The garment must be unworn and unlaundered
  • The customer must not attempt to repair any damage unless approved by the Lourde team
  • No exchange or return will be accepted after 7 days of customer receipt of article
  • Lourde reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time
  • In the case of a fabric or colour being discontinued the customer is entitled to select another at the discretion of Lourde
  • Lourde will not be held liable for customer failure to supply correct information on their order. 

 

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All made-to-order designs will state this in the product description, along with expected garment production time.

Please note all fast-tracking options must be approved and added to your order by the Lourde customer service team.
