TRACKING INFORMATION

All online orders will be sent tracking codes once the parcel has been dispatched from the Lourde Atelier by our trusted postage partners.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY AND COST

All garments have a production timeline of up to 4 weeks, the garment is then dispatched with one of our trusted carriers. Please note, with an order of multiple items, the completion date will be based off the item with the longest production time frame.

Express AUSPOST Shipping within Australia takes 2-5 Business Days currently due to their internal logistic delays – $15AUD from date of dispatch.

DHL Express Shipping within Australia from the day production completes takes 2-5 Business Days – $25AUD From date of dispatch, this option is a fully tracked courier service.

DHL Express Shipping International takes 5-7 Business Days – $15AUD From date of dispatch.

SHIPPING DELAYS

In the case that an unforeseen postage delay occurs, the Lourde customer service team will help resolve the issue immediately with the chosen postage partner.

Lourde is not liable for any lost or stolen parcel.

DUTIES, TAXES AND GST

All Lourde garments are inclusive of GST.

*Please note international parcels may be subject to duties and taxes. This is dependent on the countries customs policy and payable by the customer.

*Please note: Auspost is a postal service not a courier service, this means there is a potential risk of parcels being lost. If you select Aus Post as your postal option Lourde is not liable for lost parcels.
